Saltmedia's store is a print-on-demand service, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you order the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Saltmedia offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team at email@example.com with your contact and order details, and we will provide you with directions on how to send us a clear photo showing the issue.
Please note that Saltmedia will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if you order the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, a partial refund will be issued. For direct-to-garment products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return request is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.
Late or missing refunds

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Do not ship your products for return, unless specifically instructed to do so by our support team.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
